Fat Man Q Shipping Policy
We’re fired up to get your order out the door and into your hands! Below is everything you need to know about how we ship, when we ship, and what to expect with your Fat Man Q order.
Shipping Methods & Timing
Rubs, Sauces, and Direct-Ship Products
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Print-On-Demand Merchandise
Items like T-shirts, hats, and hoodies are fulfilled by third-party partners. These orders usually take 5–7 business days to process before shipping. You’ll receive a separate tracking number when each item ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination. You’ll be able to choose your preferred shipping speed before completing your purchase.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. If you’re outside the U.S., stay tuned — we hope to expand soon!
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes both direct-ship items (like rubs) and POD merchandise, you may receive separate packages with individual tracking numbers.
Tracking Issues or Delays
If your tracking hasn’t updated after seven (7) business days, or your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us at hello@fatmanq.com. We’ll look into it and help make it right.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, we can:
- Reship it at your expense
- Or issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs)
